Reliable Steps Consultancy (RSC) is an Afghanistan-based training and consulting company specializing in training, capacity building, and research for management, operations, and policy. Our national and international staffs at RSC represent a pool of experts with expertise in various areas of program, support, and operation. We provide Business Management solutions and Human Resource Development through enhanced capacity building programs to public and private organizations nationwide. We work with companies, government agencies, and local and international NGOs through smart partnership in providing hands-on and strategic solutions to help solve day-to-day business, policy, and project challenges both by developing their human and organizational capital. RSC has been serving numerous local and international organizations in Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Organizational Design & Restructuring, Information Technology, Marketing, Translation, and Research. The RSC team including its founders is made up of management, development, and research professionals with decades of experiences working at different national and international organizations inside and outside of Afghanistan. They have thus developed deep experience in advisory, management, development, and research.

RSC is composed of 7 Units including Capacity Building, Research, Translation, Event Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Logistics and Finance. In total RSC has about 100 personal over 50% of which is constituted of demand based staff with long terms frame work agreement for specific assignments for example translators, monitoring staff, trainers etc. The organogram below will reflect the reporting lines.
